Mallory Guenther, RYT500 and Psychosomatic Therapist bridges her passion for Trauma Informed Yoga and Psychosomatic Therapy. Emotional Anatomy is a workshop designed to illuminate the connection between our mind (psycho) and body (soma). We will learn how this connection shows up in the way we think, feel and act in the world.
Join Mallory in this 2hour session as we explore the principles of Psychosomatic Therapy while learning ways to incorporate these principles into your daily life. Participants can expect to gain a deeper understanding of their own unique emotional anatomy and learn tools to develop and express this awareness in their daily life.
*Please come in comfortable clothing as we will be both sitting and moving throughout our time together. The session will end with a guided relaxation and crystal singing bowl experience.
*Please bring anything you need to relax completely. Suggested relaxation props include: 2-4 pillows, bolster, yoga mat, yoga blocks, meditation cushion, blanket, eye pillow, journal & pen.
