Authentic Alignment – strengthening the mind-body connection
This series of classes is designed to strengthen the mind-body connection by exploring the principles of psychosomatic therapy in a small group setting. Through awareness based practices and postural alignments you will learn ways to re-pattern your nervous system, reduce stress, alleviate pain and come to embody your Authentic Alignment.
This series is for individuals looking to develop a better understanding of their body’s intelligence, who are interested in learning the language of the body-mind and want to develop ways to become empowered through a simple and effective self-healing process.
In each session we will explore three key areas of the body-mind and learn how these connection points show up in the way we think, feel and act in the world. We will end each session with a guided meditation and deep relaxation. After each session you will receive individualized homework and a weekly follow up email complete with the postural reminders and the weeks meditation to continue the work on your own in between sessions.
